Shipping Policy
Effective date: June 2025
1. Digital Service — No Physical Goods
wayto.you is a digital payment facilitation service operated by Quanthio FZE. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. This Shipping Policy exists to clarify how fund delivery works in place of traditional shipping.
2. Electronic Fund Delivery
When a payment is sent via wayto.you, funds are delivered electronically to the recipient's designated account. The recipient chooses their preferred delivery destination at the time of claiming the payment:
- Bank account — funds transferred directly to the recipient's nominated bank account.
- Card — funds credited to the recipient's debit or credit card.
- Crypto wallet — funds converted and sent to the recipient's specified crypto address.
- wayto.you address — funds held in the recipient's wayto.you address for later withdrawal.
3. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines depend on the chosen method and the recipient's financial institution:
- wayto.you address — instant (funds credited immediately upon claiming).
- Card payments — typically instant to 1 business day.
- Bank transfers — typically 1 to 3 business days, depending on the recipient's bank and jurisdiction.
Delays may occur due to bank processing times, public holidays, or regulatory review. wayto.you is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
4. No Physical Address Required
No physical delivery address is collected or required at any point in the wayto.you payment process. All that is needed is the recipient's email address and their preferred delivery destination.
5. Delivery Confirmation
Recipients receive an email notification when a payment is waiting to be claimed. Once claimed, confirmation is displayed on screen. For bank transfer deliveries, the arrival of funds is subject to confirmation by the receiving financial institution.
