1. About wayto.you

wayto.you is a digital payment facilitation service operated by Quanthio FZE, a company registered at Block B-B41-181, SRTI Park, Sharjah, Sharjah 1111, UAE (VAT No. 104862973500003). By using wayto.you, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Eligibility

To use wayto.you you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information when requested.
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law.

3. Service Description

wayto.you facilitates the transfer of funds between senders and recipients via third-party payment providers, including Lean Technologies (open banking) and Tap Payments (card and Apple Pay). Quanthio FZE does not hold, store, or manage funds on behalf of users beyond what is strictly necessary to complete a transaction.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through regulated third-party providers. By initiating a payment you authorise us to instruct these providers to move the specified funds on your behalf. Payment processing is subject to the terms and conditions of those providers. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment rails, banking systems, or network outages.

5. Fees

A transaction fee of 1% of the payment amount applies to each transfer, with a minimum fee of AED 1 (or equivalent). The fee is deducted from the transferred amount before delivery to the recipient. VAT at 5% is applied on the fee in accordance with UAE law. Full pricing details are available at wayto.you/pricing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use wayto.you to:

• Engage in any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing.
• Send funds to sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions.
• Circumvent any applicable financial regulations or reporting requirements.
• Reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions without valid cause.
• Use automated tools to access the service in an unauthorised manner.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

7. Unclaimed Payments

If a recipient does not claim a payment within 30 days of it being sent, the funds will be returned to the sender. No refund of the transaction fee applies in this case.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quanthio FZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of wayto.you. Our total liability in connection with any transaction shall not exceed the amount of that transaction.

wayto.you is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of wayto.you after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email where practicable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
